We are a Polish recruitment company HR Bridge, which successfully helps European companies with recruiting Nepal, India, Sri Lanka and the Philippines citizens. Our activities focus mainly on Poland, Croatia, Romania, Bulgaria and Lithuania, but we are ready to recruit in most European countries.
HR Bridge recruits nationals from South Asia.
We have our own offices in Kathmandu and Dubai and a large partner network of recruiting companies, which allows us to conduct quality recruitment and personally vet all candidates.
Employees from Nepal and neighbouring countries are a good solution for every employer in Europe today. Our company creates a bridge that connects the employer with the employee over a distance of 7,000 kilometres. With us, the recruitment process will be easy and all parties will be satisfied.

Our mission
Our primary mission is to bring the two parties together in the recruitment process. We act as a mediator so that the candidates find a new home and get a chance to migrate to a better life, and the employer in 3 simple steps completely closes his need for employees. We build long-term relationships with both parties. Employers 95% who have used our services contact us again when they look for new employees. Most employees stay in their jobs for a long time.
